When the water stops, you don't.
The AQUA-V1 Water Filter Survival Kit turns stream, lake, pond or collected rainwater into safe drinking water. Gravity does the work: no power, no batteries, no chemicals.

Water is the first thing you run out of.
A storm, a grid failure or a boil notice, and bottled water is the first shelf to empty. It is also the heaviest thing to keep in a cupboard: a week for a family of four is a stack of bottles nobody has room for.
The alternative is not storing the water at all. It is being able to make it out of what is already around you: a stream, a pond, a roof and a bucket of rain.
The AQUA-V1 kit is the simple version of that. Fill the one-gallon reservoir, hang it up, and let gravity push the water through the filter core. Nothing to charge, nothing to pump, nothing to plug in.

Built to work with nothing plugged in.
- Works without power or batteries — pure gravity-fed filtration for when the grid fails
- Removes 99.99% of contaminants — bacteria, parasites, protozoa and microplastics
- Up to 1,500 gallons per filter — 1,500+ gallons of clean water from a single core
- Never expires — no shelf life and no expiry date while it is stored dry
- Ultra-light and portable — about 6 oz empty, packs flat into a go-bag
How the kit works
Fill
Scoop water from a stream, river, pond, lake or collected rainwater into the one-gallon reservoir.
Hang
Hang the reservoir from a branch, a hook or any raised point using the nylon strap and carabiner.
Filter
Water runs down the food-grade hose and through the 4-stage, 0.1-micron hollow-fiber membrane, removing 99.99% of harmful contaminants.
Drink
Fill the clean-water pouch, or drink straight from the mouthpiece. No pumping and no waiting on a fire.
Filtration down to 0.1 micron.
The kit filters through a 0.1-micron hollow-fiber membrane in a 4-stage inline core, rated to remove 99.99% of bacteria and parasites, with up to 1,500 gallons of capacity per core. Backflush it with the syringe in the box to clear trapped sediment and get that capacity.

Worked like a charm, highly recommend
Absolutely worth every penny and more! Used this filtration system on a 6 day back country elk hunt. It filters quickly, and simply put - it works! It’s a good size and has a great capacity for one or two hunters to get water for the day. No leaks or issues whatsoever. This was easily one of the best purchases made for our hunting trip.
Low Cost, Easy to Use, Great for Outdoorsman
I am very impressed with this item for its ease of use and cost. The bag holds plenty of water for a whole day, so far no tears or leaks. The bag material is ultra durable, though the attachment mechanism and clamp for the straw could be improved, overall great product. The filtered water has a very neutral taste, but overall a great buy! 10/10.
Flows fast and well
Love the simplicity. The tubing gets kinda twisted as you screw on lids . The clean bag would be nice if it poured but the connection seems like a one and done so I just unscrew instead of using dial/stop cock. Water moves through fast and taste is great. Lightweight enough for backpacking.
Works great, Great price
Took this on a pack trip at 7,000 foot elevation. It got so cold one night it froze our filter bag with water. It thawed and still everything worked great. For the price I don’t think you can beat it. If the bags break you still have a straw to get ya by. Not sure on longevity but take good care of it and it should last for years.
Great for backpacking
Definitely a must for backpacking. I do alot of hiking and overnight camping. The large size and the fact you can hang them works nicely. It takes about 5 minutes per liter to filter roughly. They make replacement filters as well after it gets close to the limit of the filter.
A very important system to have.
This unit is an essential component for any camp gear or home survival equipment, when our drinking water was in question because of a sewage problem this system came in handy. And camping it made a long camping trip very comfortable not having to worry about running out of water.

The AQUA-V1 kit vs. the usual alternatives.
Two things people reach for instead: a hand-pump filter, or a stack of bottled water in the garage. Both work. Neither does what a gravity kit does.

Frequently asked
What water can the kit filter?
Natural freshwater: streams, rivers, ponds, lakes and collected rainwater. Do not use it with saltwater, or with water you suspect holds chemicals, fuel, industrial runoff or heavy metals.
Does it need power or batteries?
No. The kit is gravity fed: fill the one-gallon reservoir, hang it up, and gravity pushes the water through the 4-stage, 0.1-micron filter core. No pumping, no batteries, no electricity.
How long does the filter core last?
Up to 1,500 gallons per core. How close you get to that depends on the water you put through it: a 30-second backflush with the included syringe clears trapped sediment and is what keeps the core working. Stored dry the core does not expire on the shelf.
Does it expire while it sits in a cupboard?
Stored dry it has no shelf life and no expiry date. Never let the filter freeze while it is wet: ice can damage the membrane. Dry it fully before storing it anywhere it may freeze.
